Proviso 1A.17 requires that the percentage each school district expended on classroom instruction defined by the In$ite model to be printed on the Annual School and District Report Card.  The South Carolina Department of Education (SCDE) has developed a reporting procedure for the In$ite expenditure data in order to be in compliance.  Below is guidance for LEA's and the In$ite Data Template to provide the  formatted data.  The reporting tool is designed to analyze three-digit fund, function, and object codes along with the School Identification Numbers (SIDN's) provided by the SCDE.  The deadline to submit In$ite data is December 1, 2025.
