The South Carolina Department of Education (SCDE) is requesting a waiver under Section 8401 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) to extend the period of availability for FY24 funds through December 31, 2027. The waiver would apply to the following ESEA grants: Title I, Part A; Title II, Part A; Title III; and Title IV, Part A.
