State Superintendent of Education Molly M. Spearman was honored to join Governor Nikki R. Haley and statewide constitutional officers at the Statehouse to welcome Boys and Girls State members from across South Carolina. Superintendent Spearman spoke to these students and thanked them for their contributions to their local communities.
