The Lee Central High School Drum Line was invited to perform during the South Carolina Arts Awards and Gala on Wednesday, May 11, 2016. The students from Lee Central Drum Line attended the Gala Party Opening Performance, which began at 7:15 p.m. and was located at 701 Whaley Street, Columbia, SC. This event was free and open to the public.

Lee Central High School Band Director, Mr. Brian Moss, said he was thankful for the opportunity that the South Carolina Arts Foundation had afforded his students by participating in the event. “This event allows students to be exposed to different artistic venues while showcasing their talents,” said Moss. “We would like to thank all of our supporters for coming out to our Stallion Drum Line event.”
