Florence School District One and Two’s Boards of Trustees voted unanimously in favor of a shared district services partnership with Florence School District Four that will provide high quality administrative services for the students and staff in Timmonsville while saving hundreds of thousands of dollars.
After extensive negotiations, State Superintendent of Education Molly Spearman and the D. P. Cooper Charter School Board of Trustees have reached an agreement whereby D. P. Cooper will operate as a traditional Williamsburg County School District elementary school serving students in grades K-6.
