South Carolina Students Outpace Nation on SAT and AP Scores

South Carolina students continue to outperform the national average on both the SAT and Advanced Placement exams. SC students exceeded the nation on eight out of the top ten subjects of Advanced Placement exams as well as scored above the national average on the newly redesigned SAT college entrance exam.

Class of 2017 Shows Progress on Annual ACT Readiness Report

Today, ACT released its annual Condition of College and Career Readiness Report for the Class of 2017. South Carolina’s 50,936 high school graduates showed across the board improvements during the state’s second year of 100% participation in the college entrance assessment.
