Financial Aid

The purpose of the Financial Aid Application is to establish a cost share arrangement between the Office of Special Education Services (OSES) and local Districts to assist with expenditures for private or public residential placements made by the Individualized Education Program (IEP) Team. The one exception is that OSES will also cost share for placements at Pine Grove Youth Academy made by state agencies.
