Due to unexpected technical problems which the SCDE is working to mitigate, all external certification-related web applications have been taken offline and will remain unavailable until these issues have been resolved.

These applications include:

• Certification Portal System (CPS)
• View Certification Status
• Parents Right to Know
• Online Certification Application
• Online Certification Fee Payment

The internal certification application used by our staff to process educator requests and cases remains available to us at this time, and we will assist your districts and educators to the greatest extent possible.

Please know that we recognize the importance of these applications in the work you do daily and that this is an especially challenging time of year for such an outage to occur.
