2026 Call for Bids for Instructional Materials

The dissemination of the 2026 Call for Bids for Instructional Materials will occur January 14, 2026 to registered publishers/vendors. If your company is planning to participate in the 2026 bid, please complete the Intent to Bid form indicating the subject areas which will be bid by February 6, 2026. Publishers/vendors will need to submit bids through the Instructional Materials Bid Portal (IMBP) on or before the March 31, 2026 deadline. Bid forms and information will be available on this website after the 2026 Call for Bids has been issued.
