The South Carolina Department of Education has released this policy navigator tool to help teachers, administrators, and citizens find policy passed by the State Board of Education and all current memos released by the Department of Education.  If a memo does not appear in this navigator, then it is not considered current policy of the agency.

Model Policies created by the South Carolina Department of Education.  These policies do not have the force and effect of law, but are advisory policies intended to help districts create their own policies.
