The District and Entity Information Management System, usually referred to as DEIMS, is a web application for storing and maintaining district and school information, including the contact information of personnel based on their roles and responsibilities. It was designed by the South Carolina Department of Education (SCDE) to streamline communications.
DEIMS makes it easier to identify the correct contact people for specific programs, grants, and business functions. Districts will be able to use DEIMS to make changes without contacting SCDE. It is the district’s responsibility to make changes in the system as they occur.
