Welcome to school year 2024-25! If you would like to receive weekly updates from the Office of Research and Data Analysis (ORDA) Data Collection Team, please do one of the following depending on your professional role:
- District-Level PowerSchool Administrators
If you are a district-level PowerSchool administrator, ensure that you are associated with the role of "PowerSchool IT Contacts" for your district in the District and Entity Information Management System (DEIMS). If you are unsure how to do this, please see the DEIMS page and manual. Please also send a request to the following email address so that you can be added to the SISSUPPORT listserv:

- District Contacts in Other Roles

If you do not wish to receive our weekly updates but would like to be included on data collection updates from our team that may pertain to your district-level role, please ensure that you are associated with the appropriate roles in DEIMS, such as "Seals of Distinction Contact" or "World Language Coordinator." If you are unsure how to do this, please reach out to you district-level IT contact for assistance or see the
DEIMS page and manual. Please note that the scope of our Data Collection Team emails will not meet all of your information needs for your current role, and you may also wish to
sign up for a wider scope of communication such as agency memos.
