Technology Support Services

Our mission is to provide technology assistance for the South Carolina Department of Education agency and to provide technical support for SC school districts for state provided software applications and systems in order to meet the technology needs of the South Carolina Department of Education.

Support for Agency Staff

The Technology Support Services team provides technical support and reference materials to agency staff through the eSupport Portal. In addition, technology training resources are available through the agency's intranet site.

To ensure ease of access, a Meeting Room Technology Guide webpage is also maintained. Visit the link for information on how to book meeting rooms at the SCDE headquarters and use their built-in technology for in-person, virtual, or hybrid meetings.
