The Full Board Educator Licensure Cases (FB ELC) Committee has the authority to grant initial educator certificates, ratify the actions of the Educator Licensure Committee, review educator certificate matters, and make determinations regarding disciplinary action to be taken against an educator's certificate. All Board Members serve on the FB ELC.
