Mr. Cliff Warren represents Allendale, Beaufort, Colleton, Hampton & Jasper counties of the 14th Judicial Circuit. He retired from Colleton County School District after 31 years in the district serving as a teacher, assistant principal, associate principal, principal and assistant superintendent of human resources and operations.
Mr. Warren earned his BA in Education from Limestone University and a Master’s in Educational Administration and Supervision from The Citadel. He is a 2002 graduate of the CP&L School Leadership Executive Institute, 2015 graduate of the Education Policy Fellowship Program and a 2020 graduate of the USC Salkehatchie Leadership Program. He also served a term as President of the 4-AAAA SC High School League in 2007.
After retiring from education in 2022, Mr. Warren was employed by Palmetto Rural Telephone Cooperative in Walterboro, SC as Human Resources Coordinator where he is still currently employed. Mr. Warren is a past board member of the Walterboro-Colleton Chamber of Commerce, Walterboro-Colleton Recreation Commission and is currently serving as president of the Walterboro Rotary Club.
Mr. Warren and his wife, Hope, reside in Greenpond and have one daughter, Amber, who will be graduating in May from Augusta University with a Master’s in Occupational Therapy. They are active members of Jacksonboro Bapist Church.
