Summer School Data

• Per the SC Department of Education 2021-2022 Enrich SIS Data Collection Schedule, Summer School Data for CERDEP and Read to Succeed must be submitted by August 16 at 4:00 p.m.

Summer Graduates - Postgraduate Student Email

• Please ensure that the “Postgraduate Student Email” has been entered into PowerSchool on the General Demographics page for summer graduates who have earned or are expected to earn Seals of Distinction (Start Page > Student Selection > General Demographics). Page 11 of the South Carolina Seals of Distinction 2021-2022 Overview and Guidelines provides the deadline for entering this email address for summer graduates: August 31, 2022

Enrich SIS Data Collection

• VC3 is staggering initial data submissions for the Enrich SIS Data Collection. The goal is for more efficient and timely data submissions this year. Please respond to any emails or questions you get from the staff at VC3 or Frontline, so this process goes smoothly.

 

Ed-Fi

Ed-Fi Integration for 2022-23

• An Ed-Fi Integration rollout schedule is forthcoming for 2022-23, in addition to updated documentation and resources for support. Districts will be asked to create their Ed-Fi profiles and connect to their district ODS/API during specific timeframes this year. If you would like to be one of the first districts to connect, please reach out to let us know, and we'll include you in an earlier cohort: PowerSchool@ed.sc.gov
