2024 Call for Bids for Instructional Materials

The dissemination of the 2024 Call for Bids for instructional materials will occur by the sixth day of March to registered publishers/vendors. Publishers/vendors will need to submit bids through the Instructional Materials Bid Portal (IMBP) and provide sealed bids on or before the May 6th 2024, deadline. Sealed bid forms and information will be available on this website after the 2024 Call for Bids has been issued.

2024 Call for Bids: Participating publishers/vendors will submit bids through the Instructional Materials Bid Portal (IMBP) and provide required documents/forms by email on or before the May 6, 2024, deadline.

2024 High Quality Instructional Materials Calendar of Events: The calendar provides the major events associated with the 2024 Call for Bids for instructional materials.

2024 Call for Bid Cover Sheet (Required): Bidding publishers must complete and email the 2024 Bid Cover Sheet by the bid submission deadline.

Publisher and Vendor Registration (Required): Publishers/vendors submitting bids for current Call for Bids are required to register. This is an essential step in the process for submitting in the Instructional Materials Bid Portal (IMBP).

2024 Bid Affidavit (Required): A completed Bid affidavit must submitted with each 2024 bids in Instructional Materials Bid Portal to become a part of the bid that may result in a future contract.

Bid Portal Training, Instructions, and Tips: Provided are tips and instructions to assist publishers/vendors submitting their 2024 bid information in the Instructional Materials Bid Portal.

Vendor Registration Information Sheet: Provided is an information sheet to assist publishers and vendors with submitting their required registration in the Bid Portal.

The R. L. Bryan (Central Depository) Contract-2024 (Sample): Provided is the R. L. Bryan (Central Depository) Contract that publishers will complete if their materials are successfully adopted as part of the 2024 adoption cycle.
