Leader Effectiveness

The mission of the Office of Leader Effectiveness is to promote equity and excellence in education by providing a continuum of leadership development opportunities and services that are aligned both with the South Carolina Department of Education's strategic plan and with state and federal legislation so that we may effectively address the multiple needs of our customers.
